Hannah Nicholson is a poet from Shetland. Hannah’s work is often very personal and connected to place, people and memory. Expressed through her distinctive use of Shetland dialect, Hannah’s work has received wide critical acclaim both locally and nationally, having been featured in Gutter Magazine, Northwards Now, Causeway, Quarantzine, and Silk and Smoke. She has also headlined local spoken-word events, including Speakin’ Weird.
